How we use your information

When you send a basket, contact or stockist enquiry, we store the details you provide so we can respond. Stockist enquiries may include your buyer purpose and type, business location and scale, product interests, sample request and your answer about where you first heard about Nibbi. An office brief may include its purpose, team headcount, usual office days, intended duration, editable snack-use assumption, calculated and selected cup quantities, snack preferences and preferred delivery date. These details support a stocking discussion; they do not create an order.

The optional “Use my location” button asks for browser location permission. If you allow it, your browser sends your current coordinates directly to BigDataCloud to suggest your suburb and city. BigDataCloud receives your IP address and uses anonymous coordinate and IP pairings to improve its location data. Nibbi saves only the area you confirm when submitting your enquiry, not those coordinates. You can enter your business area manually instead. See BigDataCloud’s privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential storage remembers the basket and your privacy choice. A stockist draft may save business-planning answers in your browser so you can return to them; your name, email and phone number stay in the form and are not saved in the draft. The basket is stored on your device until cleared. Your privacy choice is saved for 180 days, after which we ask again.

Optional website analytics and campaign attribution are off until you accept them. You can accept or reject both, or choose each separately. Analytics records page visits, product interactions, browser information and visitor/session identifiers. Campaign attribution remembers source tags such as a flyer, Telegram post or email placement, plus the landing and referring pages. With your permission, a campaign visit can be connected to an enquiry for up to 90 days.

You can withdraw or change these choices at any time using in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing optional tracking stops future collection and removes the associated identifiers and campaign information from this browser. It does not delete records already received; contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Your basket and ability to submit enquiries remain available.

We keep a dated record of your privacy choices, the notice version and a consent receipt reference to demonstrate and honour your choice. This essential record is separate from optional browsing analytics. Cookie choices do not subscribe you to email updates or grant browser location permission.

A sample request is an enquiry, not a confirmed order. The form explains that asking for a sample also signs you up for occasional Nibbi emails; skipping a sample request does not sign you up. Sample requests remain subject to review and availability. We store the sample request and related email-signup consent so Nibbi can review and respond.

Your basket is saved in your browser so you can return to it. To ask about your information, email hello@nibbi.co.za.

You may request access to your personal information, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, or object to processing by emailing us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Your privacy choices

We use essential cookies and browser storage to remember your basket and save your privacy choice. With your permission, we also measure website activity and remember which campaign brought you here.

Optional tracking is off until you choose. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings. Read our privacy policy.
